In either case please be sure to include your name, address and phone number on the order form. Send check or money order in U.S. funds made out to Arthur DeKalb, 51 Van Alstyne Dr. Pulaski, NY 13142. Be sure to include shipping charges and any applicable sales tax for New York residents.

Quick Shipping:
Our goal is to ship within 2 working days of receipt of your order and payment. We can ship overnight if requested. Charges will be quoted upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges:
